Melatonin SR 2 mg 60 Capsules

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule about 1 hour before bedtime with juice or water, or as directed by your health care provider. 

For adults only. May cause drowsiness. Do not operate a vehicle or heavy machinery following consumption of melatonin.
