Ole! There is a new healthy dip in town and we think Guacamole Salsa is muy bueno! Serve it as a dipping sauce, salad dressing or even a spread. Try dipping your favorite veggies in it. You won't be disappointed - it is delicious!  

Yeast-Free Guacamole Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1lb. tomatillos, washed, peeled and quartered
  • 1 whole avocado, seeded
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1/3 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 half inch slice of onion
  • splash of lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp. of salt
  • dash of black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in your blender in the following order: tomatillos, jalapeno, cilantro, onion, avocado, garlic, salt, pepper.
  2. Blend on high until mixed well. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving and enjoy!
