It seems like once fall arrives, all of a sudden we instantly begin to crave any and everything pumpkin! The good thing is that pumpkin is really healthy for you. It's rich in B vitamins, as well as antioxidants like vitamins A and C. It's also low-cal and sugar-free.

Yeast-Free Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/3 C pure pumpkin
1 T ground flaxseed
1-2 T all-natural peanut or almond butter
1/4 t pumpkin pie spice
1/4 t cinnamon
1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Ice

Instructions: 

Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix well. Blend until creamy and enjoy!

*For extra creaminess, add one tablespoon of organic coconut oil.
