When you are on the yeast free diet, it is important that you always have something ready to eat at all times. The Original Yeast Free Smoothie is quick, easy and filling so that you can toss all the ingredients in your blender and go. Not to mention, the combination of fresh berries is quite refreshing! The Original Yeast-Free Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Pure Pea protein powder
  • 2 T natural nut butter (optional)
  • 1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 8 ice cubes, or more/less for desired thickness
  • 8 fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:  In a blender, mix all ingredients listed above. Add enough ice to meet your preference for thickness. (Makes 1 smoothie). Enjoy for breakfast or a post-workout snack.
