Broccoli, Cauliflower & Beef Casserole


  • 10 oz. fresh broccoli
  • 6 oz. fresh cauliflower
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional: cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large pan, brown ground beef over medium heat and drain excess grease.
  3. Add broccoli, cauliflower, garlic powder, salt and pepper to pan. Stir frequently and cook until cauliflower is tender.
  4. Transfer to a large casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 4-5 minutes allowing cheese to melt.
  5. Once cheese has melted, remove from oven, serve & enjoy!
