While many prefer to enjoy carrots in their most natural state, raw, others enjoy them mixed in with a salad, sauteed or even juiced.

Carrot Cake Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 C unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 C non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 t honey
  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut into one-ince pieces
  • 1 banana
  • 6 walnuts
  • 1/2 t ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 t vanilla extract
  • 1 T Sweet-n-Natural
  • 2 scoops Pure Pea protein
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • shredded coconut or mint for garnishing

Instructions: Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth. Garnish with mint or coconut and enjoy!
