If you're a fan of garlic and hummus, you're in for a real treat today. We took both of these yummy ingredients and created one of our favorite hummus recipes to date!

Whether you're gluten-free, yeast-free, dairy-free, or just enjoy healthy eating, Cilantro Garlic Hummus just might become a household favorite so slice up your favorite veggies and get to dipping!

Cilantro Garlic Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 2 C chickpeas, drained
  • 1/2 C tahini
  • 1/2 C olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled & sliced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 T garlic salt
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • sea salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Toss all ingredients into your blender or Vitamix and blend well for 1-2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add water as needed to meet desired consistency.
  3. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
