Today we are so excited to bring you a brand new recipe. But it's not just any's a yeast-free bread recipe.

And, it's not just any yeast-free bread recipe. It's a delicious, Italian-inspired recipe that has been perfected by our resident baker and Vitamin Consultant, Jackie!  

With minimal ingredients, this recipe is so simple, yet gives you the same satisfaction as eating real bread, minus the guilt. 

Okay, okay. Here it is:

Yeast-Free Italian Bread


  • 3 C almond flour
  • 1 T xantham gum
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 1/2 t Italian seasoning
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • 1/4 C sundried tomato pesto
  • 1 1/3 C liquid egg whites


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 7 inch by 3 inch loaf pan and dust with almond flour.
  2. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine garlic, pesto and egg whites.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix. Once mixed well, pour dough into loaf pan. (*Note: the dough will be very thick.) 
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Allow to cool for one hour before slicing.

*For plain yeast-free bread, do not include Italian seasoning, garlic or sundried tomato pesto.
